How much water/liquids to drink on Keto?

How many liters of liquids should you drink per day when following a Ketogenic diet?

The amount of liquids to consume in liters = your body weight in KG * 0.0325

Someone who weighs 100 KG should have a daily liquid intake of 100 * 0.0325 = 3.25 liters.

This tip is was mentioned in the book Keto-Adapted by Maria Emmerich.

Note: Avoid to drink water 30 minutes before meals and 60 minutes after meals.
