Fruit juice is just as unhealthy as a soda

If you still believe that drinking fruit juice is a better/healthier option for you and your family (especially kids), well…think again.

They both have the same sugar content.

A can of Pepsi(355 ml) contains 41 grams of sugar (around 10.25 teaspoons)

In 355 ml of orange juice, there are 38.7 grams of sugar (around 9.6 teaspoons)
