Keto recipe: Keto Pancake


  1. Four whole medium eggs
  2. ½ cup almond flour (around 50 grams)
  3. Two tablespoons sweetener of choice
  4. 114 grams cream cheese (room temperature)

Mix ingredients very well (preferably using a hand mixer – photo below) and cook in butter/cooking spray for about 2 minutes on each side.
